Built in 1931, during the height of Art Deco architecture in Rio de Janeiro, Castelo Building emerged as a symbol of urban modernity of the time. Its elegant lines and characteristic ornamentation reflect the innovative spirit of an era that transformed the carioca landscape, establishing aesthetic standards that endure to this day. More than a decade ago, it underwent a meticulous retrofit project that became a reference in the carioca real estate market, strategically uniting two historic buildings - Castelo Building and Nilomex Building - into an integrated development that multiplies occupation possibilities.
